WINNONA SUDDRETH
BRYANT, AL: Winnona Whetstone Suddreth, age 88, passed away September 17, 2013. A biology major, she retired from Dade County School System, having taught at Davis and Floral Crest Schools, and enjoyed bird watching and crocheting. She attended the Seventh Day Adventist Church.
She was preceded in death by her daughter, Mary F. (Whetstone) Hill.
She is survived by her husband, Lavere Norwood, two grandchildren, David Hill and Adoncia Hill, son-in-law Tony Hill, and a host of friends.
Graveside services will be held 5:00 PM EDT Thursday, September 19, 2013 in Floral Crest Seventh Day Adventist Cemetery with Pastor Carlis Clinton officiating.
There will be no visitation.
