TRENTON, GA: Willis (Dick) Buffington Jr., age 70, passed away Monday, November 11, 2013. He was a loving husband, father, and grandfather, was retired from Yates Bleachery, and loved fishing.
He was preceded in death by his parents Willis Sr. & Janie Buffington; sister Nettie Weeks; brothers James (Bud), Donnie (Petey), Henry (Bill), Franklin (Dboy) Buffington.
He is survived by his loving wife of 47 years Mattie Buffington; daughters Cassandra (Billy) Veal, Leann Buffington (Kevin Smith); son Willis Buffington III; sister Connie Dilbeck; brothers Ronnie (Pork), Bert (Rabbit), Dale Buffington; 5 grandchildren Krystina and Krystofer, Kalvin Frashier, Brandon and Adam Smith; 2 great-grandchildren Gavin and Aly Frashier; nieces, nephews; host of friends.
