RISING FAWN, GA: Wanda Holder Tate, age 80, of Rising Fawn, GA. passed away peacefully early Thursday morning, February 18, 2016. She worked at the Trenton Spinning Mill for fifteen plus years before retiring. She is a member of Rising Fawn Church of Christ.
She is preceded in death by her first husband of twenty years, Myrl Holder, and later her husband Orville Tate; brother Billy Joe Johnson. Survivors include her children Wilma (Jerry) Hulgan of Trenton, GA; Dianne Holder and Spencer (Laura) Holder of Rising Fawn, GA; grandchildren McCain Holder, Dakota Holder, Chas Holder; several nieces, nephews, and a host of friends. Memorial services will be held Monday, February 22, 2016 at 7:00 PM EST in the Trenton Chapel of Moore Funeral Home with Jim Shadwick and Tim Storey officiating.
The family will receive friends from 5:00 PM ~ 7:00 PM at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to American Diabetes Association at www.diabetes.org .
