Vanda Clark

Vanda Jackson Clark, age 80, of Trenton, Georgia, passed away on February 6, 2025. He was a beloved member of his community and will be deeply missed.

A funeral service celebrating Vanda’s life will take place on Monday, February 10h, at 11:00 AM at the Trenton Chapel of Moore Funeral Home with Brother Eddie Cantrell officiating. Following the service, he will be laid to rest at Lake Hills Memorial Gardens.

Family and friends are invited to pay their respects during visitation at the funeral home on Sunday from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM ET and on Monday from 10:00 AM until the time of the service.

Vanda was a dedicated business owner who operated Clark Automotive alongside his son, Todd, serving the Dade County community for over fifty years. He cherished the relationships he built with customers, often enjoying conversations that spanned many topics. Vanda had a playful sense of humor and would often liken himself to a psychiatrist, financial advisor, or marriage counselor, depending on the needs of those he spoke with.

Beyond his professional life, Vanda adored his wife, Louise, and valued the time spent with his family. He was a long-time member of Trenton Baptist Church and was deeply loved by those who had the pleasure of knowing him.

Vanda is survived by his loving wife of sixty-three years, Louise Clark; his son, Todd Clark; his grandson, Ridge Clark; and his sisters, Dink Smith and Sarah Mann. He was preceded in death by his parents, A.J. and Sarah Autry Clark, and his siblings, Laron Clark and Margaret Pittman.

Vanda's legacy of love and dedication to his family and community will live on in the hearts of those who knew him.
