TOMMY SMITH
BRYANT, AL: Reverend Tommy Smith, age 56, passed away Friday, June 21, 2013. He was a U.S. Army Veteran, a loving husband, father, and grandfather, was pastor at Mount Olive Baptist Church for 10 years, and loved his church very much.
He was preceded in death by his parents Elisha Jr. and Kathryn Smith; niece Denise Smith.
Survivors include his loving wife of 36 years Cindy Smith; son and daughter-in-law Elisha & Kim Smith; sister and brother-in-law Cathy & Billy Gilliam; brothers and sisters-in-law Billy Joe & Ann Smith, Charles & Sandy Smith; 3 grandchildren Thomas Hayden, Hannah Grace, and Brooklyn Rayne.
Funeral services will be held 2:00 PM EST Sunday in the Bryant Chapel of Moore Funeral Home with Reverend Jim Hixon and Reverend Norman Thomas. Interment will follow in Oak Lawn Memorial Park with Military Honors.
Visitation Friday 5PM ~ 9PM EST, Saturday 12PM ~ 9PM, Sunday 11AM ~ 2PM.
