Tammy Vuanita Batey

VALLEY HEAD, AL: Tammy Vuanita Batey, age 59, passed away on September 9, 2021. Tammy was born September 11, 1961 in Scottsboro, AL to Ed and Vivian Batey. She was a loving mother and grandmother who will be deeply missed by all who knew her.

She is preceded in death by her father, Ed Batey and sister Donna.

Tammy is survived by her daughter, Kendra (Ashton) Wood; son Lebron (Noelle) Batey; granddaughters Ryleigh Wood, Lillian and Leah Batey; grandsons Michael and Daniel Batey, Levi Wood; mother Vivian Batey; sister Karen Moon; brother Eddie Batey; nieces, nephews, and a host of friends.

The family will receive friends Sunday, September 12, 2021 from 3:00 PM ~ 5:00 PM EDT at the Trenton Chapel of Moore Funeral Home.
