SELWYN LAMBERTH
BRYANT, AL: Selwyn “Sel” Hilt Lamberth, age 90, of Bryant, AL. passed away at his home on Tuesday, March 17, 2015. He was a World War II veteran and also a POW. He was a member of Community Full Gospel of Flat Rock, AL.
He is survived by his wife, Bernice Lamberth, of Bryant, AL; son Cecil Lamberth , Trenton, GA.; daughter Jackie Chapman, Bryant, AL; two step-daughters Barabara Hollaway, Birmingham, AL; Marsha Phillips, Lookout Mountain; one step-son Larry Ott, Trenton, GA; one sister Hildred Lochamy, Rosalie, AL; one brother Lester Lamberth, Huntsville, AL; two grandchildren LaDale Chapman and Cindy Workman, Bryant, AL; two great-grandchildren Keeshia Cloud, Hampton Cove, AL; Natasha Workman, Bryant, AL; two great-great-grandchildren; eight step grandchildren, many step-great-grandchildren, and a host of family and friends.
Services will be held 3:00 PM EDT Friday, March 20, 2015 in the Bryant Chapel of Moore Funeral Home with Rev. Gary Bone, Rev. Randy Tinker, and Rev. Frankie Carroll officiating. Burial will follow at Green Haven Memorial Park in Pisgah, Al.
Visitation will be held Thursday Noon ~9:00 PM EDT Friday 11:00 AM ~ 3:00 PM EDT
