RUTH MATHEWS   NEW SALEM, GA: Ruth Imogene Mathews, age 82 passed away at her home, Friday, September 28, 2018. She was preceded in death by her husband, Ralph Mathews, Sr.; parents, Ralph and Ruby Gravitt Lusk, brothers, Robert, Royce, Rayburn, Raliegh sister, Roberta Tinker. She is survived by her children, Reta Massey, Rusty (Charlsie), Roxanne (Larry) Kilgore, Renae (Lee) Powell, Regina, Ralph, Jr., Randall, Ronda Higdon, Ritchie (Renee), Rosalie (Joe) Baldwin; twenty- three grandchildren; fifteen great grandchildren. Graveside services will be held 2:00 PM Sunday, September 30, 2018 at Hawkins Cemetery with Brother Gene Strauss officiating.
