RUTH HIGDON   BRYANT AL: Ruth Gennette Farr Higdon, age 82 passed away of natural causes, Sunday, December 23, 2018 at her residence. She was preceded in death by her husband of 54 years, Orby Lee Higdon; parents, Leonard and Lilly Farr; sister, Mary Ann Eaker. Survived by her loving family, daughters, Debra Lee Miles Spangler and Karen Ann  Hicks; son-in-laws, Kevin Hicks and Gary Spangler ; sister, Dorothy Hadad; ;brother, Leonard Farr; five grandchildren, Misty Hicks, Sonya Hicks, Reid Miles, Ashley Miles and Nathan Miles; nine great grandchildren. Graveside services will be held 1:00 PM EST Wednesday, December 26, 2018 at Higdon Cemetery with Reverend Bradley Bridges officiating.
