Phillip Leslie Parker

Brother Phillip Parker went to sleep in the Lord on Thursday March 28, 2013 after a short battle with A.L.S. (Lou Gehrig’s disease). He was a resident of Lookout Mountain, Georgia since 1998. He enjoyed woodworking, photography and taking road trips with his children. Phillip was employed by M.I.G. Wire and Tube of Tiftonia, Tennessee.
Phillip was preceded in death by his grandparents, W. (Robert) Parker of Lookout Mtn, GA and Louise Neyendorf of Ellenwood, GA and William and Gladys Osten of Lexington, KY.
He is survived by his parents, Leslie and Jane Parker, Lookout Mtn, GA; his children, Kaley and Matthew Parker of Albany, GA; his brother, Bill and wife Michele Parker, Albany; two nephews, William Parker, Jr. Panama City, FL and Michael Parker, Albany, GA.
Brother Phillip was of Free Holiness faith.
Funeral services will be held 2:00 PM EDT Monday, April 1, 2013 in the Chapel of Moore Funeral Home with Brothers Dean Smitherman and Dallas Walker officiating. Interment will be held in Mount Olive Cemetery.
Visitation will be held Saturday 2:00 PM EDT ~ 8:00 PM Sunday 4:00 PM ~ 8:00 PM
