HIGDON, AL: Arnold Neal Avans, age 58, passed away September 30, 2021. He enjoyed country music and was an Alabama football fan.
He is preceded in death by his parents Dalla Fred Avans and Sue Cloud Robinson; brother Timothy Avans.
Neal is survived by his aunts Mary E. Higdon, Alladine Pruitt, Jean Talley, and Gayle Hawkins; several cousins and a host of friends.
Graveside services will be held Sunday, October 3, 2021 at 3:00 PM ET at Brown Gap Cemetery with Brother Edwin Spurgeon officiating.
