Nancy Sutton

CHATTANOOGA, TN: Nancy Dianne Sutton, age 69, passed away March 12, 2020. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and sister. Nancy was a member of Shelter Church, East Brainerd.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Gayle and Etta Parrish Scruggs; brothers Frank and Charles Scruggs; sisters Betty Jean Biddle and Juanita Blankenship.

Survivors include her husband, Hugh Sutton; sons Danny (Nanette) Powell, David (Starlet) Powell, Jamie (Stephanie) Powell; ten grandchildren, six great-grandchildren; sister Eloise Gutshall; brother Larry (Ginger) Scruggs; nieces, nephews, and a host of friends.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM EDT on Saturday, March 14, 2020 in the Trenton Chapel of Moore Funeral Home with Pastor Sterling Jetton officiating. Burial will be held in Hawkins Cemetery.

Visitation will be on Friday from 4:00 PM until 8:00 PM EDT and Saturday from 12:00 PM until 2:00 PM EDT.
