Murphy Ledbetter

BRYANT, AL: Murphy Daniel Ledbetter, age 82, passed away at his residence surrounded by his loving family on Thursday, June 17, 2021. He was a loving father, grandfather, great-grandfather and a friend to many who will be dearly missed.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Ruby Ledbetter; parents, Emmett and Rader Ledbetter and many brothers and sisters.

Left to cherish his memory are his daughter, Ruby (Steve) Vaughn; granddaughter, Brittany Vaughn; grandson, Travis (Ivett) Vaughn; great-granddaughter, Vivien Vaughn; sister, Dolly (Gordon) Dykes; special friend, Bobby Forester and several nieces and nephews.

Graveside services will be held at 3:30 PM EDT on Sunday, June 20, 2021 at Ebenezer Cemetery with Brother Wayne Winters officiating.

Visitation will be held Sunday from 1:00 PM until 3:00 PM EDT at the Bryant Chapel of Moore Funeral Home
