MARY MOZELLE “MO” NEAL
PORTALES NM: Mary Mozelle “MO” Neal, age 84 passed away at Heartland Continuing Care Center died peacefully with her family by her side on December 11, 2012. She was born in Josephine, Texas to Lola and Jess Petty on April 8, 1928. She was married Homer in 1970 where they made their home in Fort Worth, Texas bfore moving to Trenton, Georgia. She retired from the Portales Community Service Center where she worked in the adult daycare. Mo loved entertaining and spending time with the elderly. Her joy was contributing her time and organizing activities for residents at local homes.
Mo was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, her son, Cleatus, her brother, Bud, her sisters, Grace, Frances and Mickie.
She is survived by her daughter, Weda and her husband JB, Portales, New Mexico; her son, Dennis Rosenbalm, Portales, New Mexico; sister, Peggy Regan, Floyd, Texas, Nita Smiley, Greenville, Texas. Mildred of Lone Oak, Texas, Leo of Dallas, Texas and one brother, Curtis Petty, Lewisville, Texas. She is also survived by her six grandchildren, Rusty Ashmore, Larry Ashmore, Larry Taylor, Wayne Ashmore, Candy Baros and husband, Johny, Greg Taylor, Crystal Creekmore and husband, Chris and fourteen great grandchildren.
Graveside services will be held Monday, December 17, 2012 at 3:30PM in Payne Chapel Cemetery, Lookout Mountain, GA. Please share your thoughts and memories at www.moorefuneralhometrenton.com
