MARY ATKINS
BRYANT, AL: Mary Lois Atkins, age 83, passed away Tuesday, March 4, 2014. She enjoyed sewing and gardening and was of the Baptist faith.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Hobert Lee Atkins, parents Elisha and Ida Smith, four brothers, and five sisters.
Survivors include her sister-in-law Elizabeth Smith, several nieces and nephews, and a host of friends.
Funeral services will be Friday, March 7, at 2:00 PM EST in the Bryant Chapel of Moore Funeral Home with Rev. Jim Hixon, Rev. Darren Rogers, and Rev. Wayne Winters officiating. Burial will follow in Oak Lawn Memorial Park. Visitation will be Wednesday, March 5th 5:00 PM ~ 8:00 PM; Thursday 2:00 ~ 8:00 PM.; Friday 10:00 AM ~ 2:00 PM.
