Marlene Phillips

TRENTON, GA: Glenda Marlene Gentry Phillips, age 64, went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, January 15, 2014. She was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother and was of the Church of God faith.
She was preceded in death by her father and mother Warren & Ruth Gentry; son Curtis Phillips; sisters Donna Gentry and Edith Page; brothers William, Sonney, and James Gentry.
She is survived by her loving husband of 45 years Alvin “Arie” Phillips; daughter Rebecca Lynn Phillips of Trenton, GA.; sons and daughters-in-law Darrin & Amanda Phillips of Rossville, GA., Mike & Brandie Phillips of Jasper, TN.; sisters Rebecca Caylor Sullivan of Trenton, GA.; brothers Robert Gentry of White House TN., Carl, Kenneth, and Wesley Gentry of Trenton, GA.; 13 grandchildren Seth, Jason, Cheyenne, Jordan, Emma, Madison, Mylee, Destiny, Austin, Brandon, Hannah, Kassie, and Dezmond; several nieces and nephews; host of friends. Funeral services will be held 2PM Friday, January 17, 2014 in the chapel of Moore Funeral Home with Brothers Lonnie Goins and Ronnie Goins officiating. Burial will follow in Payne Cemetery.
