Melba Lorene Nash, 93, of Scottsboro, AL, passed away on Saturday, September 5, 2020.
She was a devoted wife, loving mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. Lorene was a great cook and loved to sing and play gospel music. She was a member of the Eastern Star in East Ridge, TN.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 76 years, L. Manuel Nash, parents, T.D and Annie Graham; brother Paul Graham.
Left to cherish her memory are her daughter, Dolores “Tootsie” (Edd) McKinney; son, L. Manuel “Hal” Nash Jr.; six grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren and a host of friends.
Funeral services will be held at 1:00 PM EDT on Monday, September 7, 2020 in the Bryant Chapel of Moore Funeral Home with Brother Mike Stenson and Brother Gary Bone officiating. Interment will follow in Oak Lawn Memorial Park.
The family will receive friends on Monday from 11:00 – 1:00 PM EDT.
The family would like to thank Mazella Russel for her years of dedicated service and Cumberland Health & Rehab for their loving care.
