Mr. Larry "Junior" Edward Whitehead

Larry Edward “Junior” Whitehead, 50, of Bryant, AL passed away on Friday, February 4, 2022. Junior was born January 3, 1972 in Scottsboro, AL to the late Larry and Doris Whitehead. He never met a stranger and was loved by all who knew him. He wasn’t just a Paw Paw he was “The Paw Paw.”

Left to cherish his memory are loving wife of thirty-one years, Jamie Whitehead; daughters, Anjelika (Zachary) Spradlin and Ashlon (Drew) Monk; sons, L’Neal (Jennifer) Whitehead and Logan (Irma) Whitehead; sister, Candy Whitehead; ten grandchildren, several nieces, nephews and a host of friends.

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, February 9, 2022 at 11:00 AM ET in the Bryant Chapel of Moore Funeral Home with Brother David Marona officiating. He will be laid to rest at Whited Cemetery in Hogjaw Valley, AL.

The family will receive friends on Tuesday, February 8, 2022 from 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM ET and on Wednesday from 9:30 AM – 11:00 AM.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks to consider a donation to the funeral home to help cover expenses.
