DUNLAP TN: Judith “Judy” Elizabeth Smith, age 64, a loving wife, mother and grandmother and sister passed away, Friday, September 26, 2014 at Parkridge Hospital.
She was preceded in death by her parents Charles and Mabel Ketchum and sister, Kathy Bolschi.
Survivors include her husband of 43 years, Gary Smith; daughters, Donna (Charles) Seals, Soddy Daisy, TN, Lyn Johannes, Dunlap, TN, Carrie Smith, Antioch, TN; brother, Danny Kethcum, Florida; five grandchildren, Parker Hargrove, Ben Hargrove, Daniel Hargrove, Danelle Johannes and Calvin Johannes; niece, Kim Slone; great nephews, Ethan Slone.
Funeral services will be held 3:00 PM EDT Tuesday, September 30, 2014 in the Chapel of Moore Funeral Home with Pastor Brady Wood officiating. Interment will be held in Ascalon Cemetery.
Visitation will be held Monday 5:00 PM ~ 9:00 PM
Tuesday 2:00 PM ~ 3:00 PM
