JOHN SETTLES
TRENTON: GA: John Ernest Settles, age 75, passed away November 4, 2015. He was a member of Friendship Baptist Church.
He is preceded in death by his wife, Louise Settles; parents Thomas Ray and Fairy Bell Settles, brothers Larry Settles, Norman Settles; sisters Jean Simpson, Delaine Shannon, and Delorse Taylor
He is survived by step-children Butch Henley, Wayne Henley, and Pat Henley-Park; grandchildren Leslie Vasta, Kim Davis, Gwen Alegre, Penelope Carroll, Katrina Turk, and Chris Henley; ten great-grandchildren; several cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.
At the request of the deceased, there will be graveside services only. They will be held at 12:00 PM EST Friday, November 6, 2015 in Lake Hills Memorial Gardens with Reverend Terry Colbert officiating.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Friendship Baptist Church, 123 Hicks Hollow Rd., Trenton, GA 30752.
