James Robert Sells

McDONALD, TN.: James Robert “Jim” Sells, 78, of McDonald, TN passed away on January 1, 2019 in a local hospital. Mr. Sells was born in Livingston, TN to the late Beulah and Arthur Sells.  He is survived by his loving wife Lanita Sells; son Brian (Tammy) Sells of Cleveland, TN; grandson Haydon Sells; sister Irene Fletcher of Livingston, TN; special friend David Swafford; and four-legged companions Marley and Blondie. James served in the United States Army National Guard.  He was a member of Corinth Baptist Church and an active member of the McDonald / Black Fox Ruritan Club. Funeral services will be held at Moore Funeral Home Trenton Chapel on Thursday, January 3 at 1:00 with Brother Gary Thacker and Shane Williams officiating.  He will be laid to rest at Sarah’s Chapel Cemetery in Wildwood, GA with full military honors.
