Hazel Thomas

Hazel Welden Thomas, age 81, passed away Thursday, August, 14, 2014. She enjoyed gardening, bird watching, and had a special love for her dogs. She was a member of Mountain View Church of God.
Mrs. Thomas was preceded in death by her loving husband Tim Thomas; parents George & Mary Welden; three brothers; six sisters.
Survivors include her daughter and son-in-law Shelley & Donald Keith of Bryant, AL.; son Steven Thomas of Rossville, GA.; sister Dot Hamilton of Ringgold, GA.; four grandchildren Jennifer, Chris, Gina, and McKenna; ten great-grandchildren; nieces; nephews; and host of friends.
Funeral services will be Saturday, August 16, 2014 at 2:00PM EST in the Bryant Chapel of Moore Funeral Home with Reverend Gerald “BoBo” Ellis officiating. Burial will follow in Mountain View Church of God Cemetery.
Visitation will be Friday 4:00PM ~ 9:00PM EDT, and Saturday 12:00PM ~ 2:00PM.
Serving as pallbearers are Nathan Ellis, Louis Gilmer, Chris Jeffers, Nicholas Hamilton, Chris Keith, McKenna Keith, and Keith Riddle.
