RISING FAWN, GA: Harold Melvin “Jack” Smith, age 85, passed away June 15, 2015. He was of the Church of God faith.
He is preceded in death by his wife, Irene Smith; parents, Lowe and Jessie Burrows Smith; brother Cecil Smith; sister Barbara Smith.
He is survived by his sisters, Ruby Chastain, Rising Fawn; Patsy Morrow, Lookout Mountain; brothers Carl Smith, Gulf Port, MS; Donald Smith and Nolan Smith, Lookout Mountain; nieces, nephews, and a host of friends.
Graveside services will be held at 1:00 PM EDT Thursday, June 18, 2015 at Lake Hills Memorial Gardens with Rev. Gene Strauss officiating.
Visitation will be held Thursday from10:00 AM ~ 12:30 PM at the Trenton Chapel.
