Gary Carnez Harmon Sr.

RISIING FAWN, GA.: Gary Harmon, Sr., age 68, of Lookout Mountain, went home to be with his Lord and Savior on August 4, 2021. He was a big sports fan, especially of the Dallas Cowboys, Yankees, and Kentucky Wildcats.

He was preceded in death by his father, Carnez Harmon, and his brothers Randy Harmon and Michael Harmon.

He is survived by his wife of 48 years Virginia Harmon; children Gary Jr. (Viola) Harmon, Melissa Shrader, Teka Neal, Ezekiel Talkington, Brady Harmon, Ashelyn Talkington; grandchildren Diane Holt, Hunter Shrader, Robert (Barbara) Harmon, Christian (Bree) Harmon; mother Faye Harmon; two sisters Karen Goodman and Cheryl Wiley; brother Jerry Harmon; nieces, nephews, and a host of friends.

Funeral services will be at 2:00 PM EDT on Sunday, August 8, 2021 in the Trenton Chapel with Brother Jack Sexton officiating.

Visitation will be Saturday, August 7, 2021 from 2:00 PM ~ 8:00 PM EDT and Sunday from 11:00 AM ~ 2:00 PM.
