FREDA HIGDON
TRENTON, GA: Freda Gertrude Higdon, age 62, passed away Wednesday, June 18, 2014. She was a loving mother, grandmother, sister, and aunt.
Ms. Higdon was preceded in death by her father, Harry Lee Chappelear, brothers Gary and Byron Chappelear, sister Pat Cagle.
Survivors include her daughters and sons-in-law Angie and Scotty McBryar, Wendy and Phillip Smith, Tonya and Aaron West, Ericka and Brandon Horton; eleven grandchildren Morgan, Hallie, Grenlee, Mason, Atlas, Blaine, River, Lake, Creek, Rayne, Chevy; mother Pauline Chappelear; sister Barbara Hicks; brothers James and Frank Chappelear; several nieces and nephews, and a host of friends.
Funeral service will be 3:00PM EDT Saturday, June 21, 2014 in the Bryant Chapel of Moore Funeral Home with Brother Todd Smith officiating. Interment will follow in Higdon Cemetery.
Visitation will be Friday 12:00PM ~ 9:00PM, and Saturday 10:00AM ~ 3:00PM.
