Franklin D. Harrison
Franklin D. Harrison, 83, of Trenton, GA passed away peacefully at home on June 3, 2022 with his family by his side. He served his country in the U.S. Army, enjoyed farming, NASCAR, and spending time with his family, especially his grandkids. He was a member of Bryant Baptist Church and often volunteered to mow the church lawn to honor and serve his Lord.
Frank was born March 25, 1939 to the late William and Callie Harrison. An electrician and mechanic by trade, he owned and operated G&L Radiator and 301 Super Lube.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brothers, William Calvin Harrison and Robert Harrison; sister Mary Ann Mosteller.
Left to cherish his memories are his loving wife of fifty years, Fran Harrison; daughter Karen (Phillip) Etherton; son David (Renea) Harrison; grandchildren Zachary Harrison, Draven Harrison, Austin Brown, Greyson Brown; great-grandchildren Kyler Harrison, Kyson Harrison, Kyleigh Wilson; sisters Patsy Duffey, Judy White, Sandra Ramsey; brothers, Johnny Harrison and Raymond Harrison; nieces, nephews, and a host of friends.
Funeral services will be held at Moore Funeral Home, Trenton Chapel, Monday, June 6, 2022 at 2:00 PM with Brother Wayne Winters officiating. Burial will follow in Brown’s Gap Cemetery.
The family will receive friends Sunday, June 5, 2022 from 2:00 PM ~ 6:00 PM and Monday, June 6, 2022 from 12:00 PM ~ 2:00 PM at the Trenton Chapel of Moore Funeral Home.
The family would like to express their sincere appreciation to the staff of Hearth Hospice, Leonard Shelton, and Brother Wayne Winters for their kindnesses and care during these difficult days.
