EMMALENE JOHNSON
BOAZ, AL: Emmalene Gaye Johnson, age 67 born March 2, 1945 passed away Friday, November 2, 2012. She loved fishing, playing cards “Rook” and family outings. She was of the Baptist faith.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas F. Johnson; parents, Sam and Beatrice Lackey; son, David Johnson and brother, Charles Lackey.
Survivors include her daughters, Sherry Brooks Smith, Jacqueline Roberts Julie Galindo, Jana Galimore; daughter-in-law, Pam Johnson; son, Mark Johnson; sisters, Glenda Lackey and Nina Carter; brothers, James Lackey and Thomas Lackey; sixteen grandchildren and twenty five great grandchildren; many nieces and nephews.
Graveside services and burial will be held 2:00 PM EDT Wednesday, November 7, 2012 at Lake Hills Memorial Gardens with Minister Reece Fauscett officiating
