HIGDON, AL: Edward Leon Young, age 61 passed away at his residence, Monday February 11, 2013.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Norman and Lucille Young and brother, Rickey Young.
Survived by his wife of 38 years, Benita Young; daughter, Brooklyn Young; daughters and son in laws, Leann Young and Richard McFalls and Vickie Young and David Lusher; son and daughter in law, Rickie and Kayla Young and Leon Young, Jr.; sister and brother in law, Zondra and J.E. Devries; seven grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held 2:00 PM EDT Tuesday, February 12, 2013 in the Chapel of Moore Funeral Home with Brother Gary Nix and Brother Carl Gentry officiating. Burial will be held in Browns Gap Cemetery.
Visitation will be held Tuesday 10:00 AM ~ 2:00 PM EDT
