DEAN COOK   BRYANT, AL: Robert Dean Cook, age 57, passed away August 23, 2018. He was a member of Pleasant Grove Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by his father, Robert F. Cook. He is survived by his loving wife of thirty-nine years, Sharion Cook; daughters Charity (Nathan) Simpson, Hunterville, N.C. and Heather Cook, Elizabethtown, KY; mother and step-father Ann and Leon Smith; sister Cindy (Bill) Radford, Keysville, GA; step-sister Leann (Jack) Lundquist; brothers Tony (Jackie) Cook, Steve Cook; step-brother Phillip (Sarah) Smith; five grandchildren, Caleb Simpson, Rylee Simpson, Kaden Simpson, Gavin Cook, and Reid Cook; nieces, nephews, and a host of friends. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 PM EDT Saturday, August 25, 2018 in the Bryant Chapel with Pastor Phillip Trask and Pastor David Jordan officiating. Burial will follow in Oak Lawn Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be held Friday 4:00 PM ~ 8:00 PM; Saturday  10:00 AM ~ 1:00 PM EDT. Post 106 will provide full military honors.
