DAVID DAVIS, SR.
TRENTON, GA: David Eugene Davis, Sr., age 68 passed away, Saturday, March 21, 2015. He was retired from the United States Navy had been in law enforcement for 34 years with East Ridge TVA, retiring as Captain of Dade County Sheriff Department. He was a member of Trenton Masonic Lodge #179 FM & AM and of the Baptist faith.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Clarence and Katie Davis and sister, Barbara Grayson.
Survivors include his daughter and son-in-law, Angela and Jeff Stokes; son, David Eugene Davis, Jr.; both of Trenton, GA; sisters, Peggy Shaw, Rossville, GA, Shirley Fessler, West Palm Beach, FL and Jeanene Fannis, Harrison, TN; three grandchildren, Alex Davis, Katie Stokes and Lindsey Cross.
Funeral services will be held 2:00 PM Tuesday, March 24, 2015 in the Chapel of Moore Funeral Home with Brother Cloyd Bell officiating. Interment will be held in Chattanooga Memorial Park.
Visitation will be held Monday 12:00 PM ~ 8:00 PM
