DALE STEELE
TRENTON, GA: Dale Woodrow Steele, age 74, beloved husband, father, and grandfather, passed away at home surrounded by his family on July 24, 2022. He was the best husband, Dad, and Poppy a family could be gifted. He loved sports and coaching the young people of Dade County in softball, baseball, and football. However, he loved being Poppy most of all.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Willard and Charlsie Steele.
Left to cherish his memory are his loving wife, Sheron Steele; daughter, Autumn (Justin) Sigler; granddaughter, Mackenzie; sisters Virginia Steele, Delilah (Danny) Walden of Trenton, GA., Martha (Butch) Layman of Rainsville, AL.; brothers and friends, Nelson Steele, Louis (Barb) Steele, and lifelong friend, Buckshot.
Funeral services will be held Thursday, July 28, 2022 at 11:00 AM in the Trenton Chapel with Brother David Brown officiating. Burial will follow in Lake Hills Memorial Gardens.
The family will receive friends at the Trenton Chapel Wednesday, July 27, 2022 4:00 ~ 8:00 PM ET; Thursday 10:00 AM ~ 11:00 AM ET.
