TRENTON, GA: Charlotte Ann Cox, age 68, a wonderful wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister and friend went to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on Wednesday, September 23, 2020. She was a member of White Oak Baptist Church and a selfless Christian lady that lived out the Golden Rule.
Charlotte worked as a probate clerk in the Dade County Probate Office for several years.
She was preceded in death by her parents Edward and Betty Kinsey; grandparents Clyde and Grace Brown.
Left to cherish her memory are her husband of fifty years Ronald Cox; daughter Desta (Jeremy) Sims; sons Roger (Jeanette) Cox and Ron (Penny) Cox; eight grandchildren Justin Sims, Hayden Cox, Macy Cox, Garner Cox, Gabrielle Cox, Ambry Cox, Alex Cox, Tucker Sims; three great-grandchildren Cash Sims, Jolene Sims, Colt Cox; sisters Judy Kinsey and Marlyna Locke; nieces, nephews, and a host of friends.
Funeral services will be held at 12:00 PM EDT on Saturday, September 26, 2020 in the Chapel of Moore Funeral Home with Brother Jeff Daniels officiating. Interment will be held in Lakewood Memory Gardens South.
The family will receive friends on Friday from 4:00 PM until 8:00 PM and Saturday 10:00 AM until 12:00 PM EDT.
