BRYANT, AL.: Virgil Calvin Talley, age 64, passed away September 9, 2021.
He was a lifetime resident of Bryant, Alabama and lifelong employee of Shaw Industries. Virgil was an avid movie and history buff and loved music, reading, and sports. He was of the Baptist faith.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Virgil and Lula Talley; sisters Mary Grace Frazier, Sally Bramlett; brothers Hershel Talley, Hubert Talley, Charles Talley, and Larry Talley.
Virgil is survived by his sisters Daisy McBryar, Mildred (Samuel) McDonald, Marsha Lynn (Murphy) Rogers; brother Ray (Judy) Talley; several nieces, nephews, and a host of friends.
Graveside services will be held at Oak Lawn Memorial Park in Bryant, AL on Sunday, September 12, 2021 at 3:00 PM EDT with Brother Bobby Talley officiating.
Visitation will be Saturday, September 11, 2021 at the Bryant Chapel from 3:00 PM ~ 6:00 PM EDT.
