Bro. Johnny Daniels

Johnny Daniels, 73, went home to be with the Lord on Wednesday, November 25, 2020.

Johnny was born on October 30, 1947, in Chickamauga, GA to the late J.A. and Inis Daniels. He was raised in Ft. Oglethorpe and graduated from LFO in 1967.

He graduated from McKenzie College in 1969 with a degree in Business Management. He worked in management at W.T. Grant in Ft. Oglethorpe until the Lord called him into the ministry. He then attended Florida Baptist College.

Brother Johnny served as a minister for 47 years serving six different churches as pastor.

Johnny was preceded in death by his wife of 41 years, Regina, in 2010 and his sister Margie Mayfield.

Left to cherish his memory are his son, Brother Jeff (Kim) Daniels; sister, Carolyn Phillips; grandchildren, Nicole (Jared) Thompson and Scott Daniels; great-granddaughter Dylan Thompson; several nieces, nephews and a host of friends.

Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, December 1, 2020 at 2:00 PM in the chapel of Moore Funeral Home. Reverend J. Clifton Brown and Reverend Eddy Rushing will officiate the service.

Visitation will be from 12:00 until 2:00 on Tuesday. Brother Daniels will be laid to rest at Tennessee Georgia Memorial Park in Rossville, GA.
