BILLY YOUNG, SR.
HIGDON, AL: Billy Claxton Young, Sr., age 69 passed away Saturday, July 13, 2013. He was a United States Army Vietnam Veteran and worked at Yellow Freight.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Carita Spurgeon Young and parents, Glenn and Bessie Young.
Survivors include his step-daughter, Penny (Gareth) Aragaki; sons, Billy (Danielle) Young, Jamie (Lisa) Young and step-son, Alan (Cheryl) Spurgeon; twelve grandchildren and one great grandchild.
Visitation will be held Tuesday, July 16, 2013 at the Bryant Chapel of Moore Funeral Home from 1:00 PM EDT ~ 9:00 PM EDT.
In lieu of flowers Memorial contributions may be made to his family.
