Carl Able Moore

CARL MOORE TRENTON, GA: Carl Able Moore, age 68 passed away, Thursday, June 4, 2015. He was a retired Post Master and a United States Army Veteran. Carl was a member of Piney Grove Baptist Church. He enjoyed playing pool and poker and being with his wife, children and grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his mother, Velvie Moore; daughter, Pamela June Moore and brother, Steven Moore. He is survived by his loving wife of 38 years, Patsy Moore; daughter, Lindsay Moore Street; sons, Robert (Mary) Henderson, Woody (Kim) Henderson and Richard Swank; sisters, Debra Moore and Kathy Moore; brothers, Ronald “Dale” Moore and Bryan Overdear; grandchildren, Kole Street, Logan Henderson, Molly (Kevin) Reeves, Andy Henderson, Edward Henderson and Harley Henderson. Funeral services will be held 1:00 PM Saturday, June 6, 2015 in the Chapel of Moore Funeral Home with Reverend John Smith officiating. Interment will be 10:00 AM Tuesday, June 9, 2015 at Chattanooga National Cemetery. Visitation will be held Saturday 11:00 AM ~ 1:00 PM Arrangements by Moore Funeral Home, Trenton, GA.
